It is a pleasure to welcome you to MDKG College, a premier institution for women’s education in Assam, founded in 1963. Since its inception, the college has provided quality Arts education, and in 2016, we introduced the Science section with a vision to expedite the scientific temperament among the girls. MDKG College has grown into a renowned academic institution, recognized for its rich academic resources, vibrant extracurricular activities, and impactful outreach programs.

We put significant emphasis on discipline, time management, punctuality, and humanistic values to empower our students and ensure their holistic development. We focus on equity, inclusion and nurturing diversity as our students come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, having different sets of skills and talents.

Over the years, our commitment to excellence and service has earned us numerous awards and honours. I am deeply grateful to the management for their visionary support at every stage, and I sincerely thank the parents and students for their trust in the MDKG College family.
