Message from the HOD
I on behalf of the entire Botany Department of MDKG College welcome all the students who are desirous to take Botany as one of the subjects. Botany can offer multiple career options-can opt for educational institutions ,private or public sector companies in agriculture or forestry, biotechnology, environmental
protection, drugs, herbal medicines, beauty products, genetics research, food industries, etc. Thus a botanist can either become an ecologist, florist, taxonomist, agriculturist, researcher etc.
Lastly, I want to wish all my students, loved ones and fellow colleagues to stay positive because we all are having a difficult time due to Covid-19, however I am confident we will get through this, together.
